I am Deacon Alphonso Carter and I was born in Tampa, Florida. I attended school in Lake Helen, Florida and I later moved to Miami, Florida where I completed my High school education. I chose to serve my country by joining the United States Army serving for 6 years. I was honorably discharged with a rank as a E4 Specialist. I thank God for allowing me to serve this awesome country with dignity. After leaving the armed forces, I started my career as a mechanic and ultimately, I retired from all labor.

As a young man growing up in a house where going to church wasn’t an option, we had to go and serve the Lord. I knew how I was raised but I still turned away from God and lived a life of sin but, He kept me in my mess. I knew God was getting my attention when my sibling died. It took her passing for me to realize that it was time to get serious with God and be about the Father’s business. I decided to visit this Holy Ghost filled church and the Prophetess told me when I first came that I would make a good Deacon. I couldn’t receive that because I was still in my mess dealing with anger, drugs and womanizing. I thank God for my niece inviting me to The Kingdom Agenda Ministries, Inc. because I began to change the more I came and God was working on my heart.

I have accepted this call because I know God wants to use me for His glory. I kept hearing the Prophetess say you have to have something to throw at HIS feet and I knew it was time to work for Jesus for real this time. I thank God for delivering me from those sinful things that had me bound. I am committed to God and my Leader and I know the Prophetess has confidence in me that I will complete what God has started in me as a Deacon. I am so thankful that God has placed the Prophetess of this church over me and is giving me the opportunity to serve in this capacity. The word of the Lord says in John 15:16 “You did not chose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last, Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.”

God Bless

Deacon Alphonso Carter
